Deulofeu in line for possible Everton return

Gerard Deulofeu could return to Everton in January as Barcelona believe he is not being used enough be Sevilla, according to the Metro.

The forward spent last season on loan at with the Merseyside club, where he scored four goals in twenty-nine appearances under Roberto Martinez.

However, he has played just seventeen minutes since linking up with Unai Emery’s side as well as being selected for the Spain U21 side that beat Hungary a fortnight ago.

Prior to his temporary moves away from the Nou Camp, the 20 year old had made just six appearances in all competitions.

Everton beat West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns on Saturday afternoon to register a first win of the season and move them up to eleventh place in the table.

They next face Wolfsburg in their Europa League Group H opener on Thursday, and they can be backed at 21/20 for the win.
