Dortmund complete Kagawa signing

Borussia Dortmund have officially completed the signing of midfielder Shinji Kagawa from Cerezo Osaka. The 21 year old Japanese international has signed a three year contract with BVB. Details of the fee paid by Dortmund were not revealed by the German club.

Kagawa has an amazing goal scoring record for Cerezo- a goal nearly every two games. He was in Japan’s 2008 Summer Olympics squad but did not make it to Takeshi Okada’s final 23 for the 2010 World Cup.

Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp was pleased with the youngster’s arrival and said that Kagawa was an “outstanding talent”. Dortmund finished 5th in the Bundesliga last season.
