Bayer Leverkusen have confirmed that talented defender Marian Sarr has will be joining Borussia Dortmund.
Despite doing really well on all fronts this season, the Millionaires are also thinking about the future and have already secured the signing of one of the most talented defenders in Germany.
Marian Sarr, 17, is set to sign for the Bundesliga champions, with Bayer Leverkusen announcing the deal via their Twitter account.
A report in Kolner Stadt-Anzeigers claims that Sarr will join Borussia Dortmund during the winter break.
Bayer Leverkusen chief Wolfgang Holzhauser has revealed everybody at the club is frustrated by the recent developments.
“It is very unfortunate and it has caused a lot of frustration,” Holzhauser was quoted as saying in Bild.
Marian Sarr has made 10 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen II in Regional Bundesliga, while featuring in 11 games for Germany Under-17 side.
Bayer Leverkusen will be due compensation package that will reflect the training and development of the player.
