Is that the end of Arsenal’s title hopes?

fooball-betting-tips-news

Competition: Premier League
Market: Arsenal to win the Premier League
Odds: 20/1 @ Coral

Stoke forward Jonathan Walters scored from the spot to seal all three points for the Potters against Arsenal this afternoon – at a ground where the Gunners last win came in 2010. While many felt the record would all change due to a change in manager for Stoke in the summer, Arsenal just couldn’t find the breakthrough in the 90 minutes.

As a result, they’re being ruled out of the title race, and Coral are giving odds of a whopping 20/1 on the London side to win the Premier League – with Arsenal currently four points off top, level on points with in-form Liverpool. If Manchester City win their two games in hand, they will go top of the table above second-placed Chelsea on goal-difference.

Many now feel Arsenal are throwing away their best chance of a Premier League crown in years, but recent form suggests they are in danger of really falling by the wayside. The Gunners have just two wins from six. Their badly timed dip in form has seen them go from 1st place to third place and hanging on in there for a top-3 spot.

Tottenham (away), Chelsea (away), Manchester City (home), Everton (away) are Arsenal next four league games. Winning the title looks a big ask now.

    That club may never win anything with Wenger

  2. Kwok Kuen Lim says:

    Strategy for playing silky Arteta instead of steely Flamani is debatable. Not playing pacy Ox is questionable. When our forwards were snuffed out of action Arsene must react quick enough. Change the ineffective players and tactics. We are still bad in throwingins and set pieces offensively and defensively. We need to improve in our GPS. Create Gaps by pulling away defenders.. Aware of Positions of team mates. Create Space with fluid movements. Defensively press and close down the opponents. Kill their passing chances. Howelse do you win?

    i guess a better question is ::

    WHY IS ARSENAL ONLY GOOD ON THE FIRST HALF OF THE SEASON ??

    or maybe ::

    WHY DO ARSENAL ALWAYS FALTER ON THE SECOND HALF OF THE SEASON ??

    coz really, i can’t understand why is this trend always happening to arsenal, for the past 5 years, arsenal has been good on the first half of the season but afterwards, they seem to implode or crumble or just plains sucks.

  4. toMmy says:

    Arsenal will continue to crumble by the way side during the 2nd half of the season cos Stingy Wenger will always continue to fail to reinforce during the January transfer market. Take Mourinho for example despite having a formidable team worthy of challenging for the title he still bought two able players nt an old Kallstrom from no where. For Arsenal to win we must be ready to buy above mediocre like Olivier Giroud and go for right footed strikers.

  5. toMmy says:

    It is time for us to stop experimenting with mediocre and play big
