The English Premier League title is up for grabs when Manchester City host bitter inner-city rivals Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium on Monday, April 30.

United are top of the table at the moment, while City are  just three points adrift of the reigning champions and have a superior goal difference and goals scored tally.
