Ajax will sign off on their Eredivisie title-winning campaign on Sunday, having wrapped up season honours with a game to spare.

The newly crowned champions are away at Groningen for their season finale, while PSV – four points behind the leaders – have secured their UEFA Champions League play-off spot as they are three points clear of third-placed side Feyenoord with a massively superior goal difference.

Even if Feyenoord win at home to NAC Breda, and PSV lose their clash on the road at Twente, the Eindhoven-based club have a plus-37 advantage up their sleeve which virtually assures them of a ticket to the Champions League next term.

That means Feyenoord and Vitesse – who are at home to VVV Venlo – will be in the Europa League group stage in 2013-14, while Utrecht and Twente have sewed up their Europa League play-off places.

The final two play-off spots are still up for grabs with Groningen (seventh, 43 points), Heerenveen (eighth, 42), ADO Den Haag (ninth, 40) and AZ (10th, 39) the clubs vying for their whiff of Europa action.

Heerenveen are on the road at Roda JC, who are guaranteed of their spot in the dreaded relegation play-offs.

Should Heerenveen fail to win and ADO pick up full points at PEC Zwolle, ADO would enter the play-offs of the second-tier European tournament.

AZ will take on relegated Willem II and a win, combined with a Heerenveen loss, and a draw or worse for ADO, would see them climb into the final Europa League qualifying spot.

In the two games that hold no consequences for either end of the table, Utrecht host Heracles and RKC Waalwijk are on the road at NEC.
