Danish playmaker Christian Eriksen has scored twice as Ajax Amsterdam defeated Dynamo Dresden 3-0 in a preseason friendly.

Ajax claimed their second straight win in their 2013/14 preseason campaign with Eriksen scoring from two direct free-kicks in the first half before Danny Hoesen hit the back of the net just after the break to complete the victory over the Bundesliga 2 side.

Eriksen’s first goal against Dresden came in the third minute from approximately 25 metres, while 19 minutes later the 21-year-old Danish midfielder sent his free-kick in off the underside of the crossbar.

Hoesen came off the bench at half-time and scored within four minutes after good lead-up work from Tobias Sana.

In other friendlies involving Eredivisie clubs, Roda JC thrashed fourth-tier club RKSV Groene Ster 12-2, while NEC Nijmegen crushed sixth-tier side RKVV Volharding 7-1.
