Barcelona striker Samuel Eto’o claims that Tottenham and Chelsea have both shown a formal interest in signing him.

The Cameroon international looks destined to leave Barcelona this summer with new boss Josep Guardiola making it plain that he does not feature in his plans for next season.

“I have offers from Inter, Tottenham and Chelsea,” said Eto’o.

Despite the player’s claims to the contrary, Barca maintain that they have not yet received any formal proposal for the player.
