SPL side Falkirk have signed Brian McLean on a two-year contract after the defender left Motherwell.
The 24-year-old McLean was out-of-contract with the Bairns’ Scottish Premier League rivals.
And he failed to agree a new deal before manager Mark McGhee left for Aberdeen last month.
The versatile former Rangers defender played just 27 games during his three-year contract because of injury.
Central defender McLean twice ruptured cruciate ligaments while at Fir Park.
He was at Stirling University on Wednesday as Falkirk began pre-season training under their new management team.
