Fellaini set for Manchester United stay

Marouane Fellaini is keen to remain at Manchester United beyond this summer, according to the ESPN.

The Belgium international has been continuously linked with a move away from Old Trafford over the past twelve months, with Turkish duo Galatasaray and Besikstas among those interested in securing his services.

There is a fresh twelve month deal on the table at Old Trafford and the thirty year old is interested in extending his stay but is looking for a longer contract.

He did reject an offer from the club back in September but is in negotiations and is close to putting pen to paper.

Fellaini moved to Manchester United from Everton in the summer of 2013 and has since racked up one hundred and fifty-four appearances in all competitions, scoring twenty goals.

The latest of those strikes came in the shape of a stoppage time winner against Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.
