Slovenian midfielder Jasmin Kurtic could be joining Fiorentina in the coming days, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
Viola have been keeping close tabs on the 25-year-old for a while now and they have recently stepped up their interest in the player.
Considering that his employers Sassuolo are only interested in an outright transfer, Fiorentina are set to make an official offer that could see one or two players move in the opposite direction.
Jasmin Kurtic joined Emiliani from Palermo last summer, but he was surprisingly allowed to join Torino on loan in January despite producing some very good performances in the first part of the season.
The Slovenia international then played an important role in helping Granata secure European qualification, and he now looks destined for a big club move.
