United States international winger DaMarcus Beasley has signed a one-year deal with Hanover 96, the German club announced on Monday.
Beasley, a free agent after his contract with Scottish champions Rangers expired, will join forces with his US team-mate and Hanover captain Steven Cherundolo.
“He is quick and is always looking for one-on-one situations, he’s a very dangerous player,” said Cherundolo.
Beasley, 28, moves to the Bundesliga after three seasons in the Scottish Premier League, during which time he scored four goals in 29 matches.
Hanover also announced that Germany international Thomas Schlaudroff was set to leave the club, with Polish outfit Lech Poznan a possible destination.
