(GSM) – Giovani dos Santos will be part of the Galatasaray squad for the next five months. The Mexican striker has been out of favour at Tottenham Hotspur and hopes to boost his career in Turkey.
Giovani has struggled to make an impact since his move from Barcelona to Tottenham in a deal worth £8.6million. The Mexican youngster has only made seven Premier League appearances for the Spurs.
Galatasaray have been busy in the January market in England, having also signed Lucas Neill from Everton and taken Brazilian striker Jo on loan from Manchester City.
Gala are second in the Super Lig, only one point adrift from table toppers Fenerbahce. The Istanbul based side are also still in the Europa League where they will face Atletico Madrid in the next round.
