AC Milan vice president Adriano Galliani was delighted to see the Rossoneri get their Serie A campaign back on track after the 2-1 win over Reggina last night.
“We had to win to recover points in the table – it was a positive day in the league,†said Galliani.
“On Saturday I will reward Shevchenko for his 300 games with the Milan shirt because it starts a journey that never ended.
“On Alexandre Pato people said 10 days ago that he was a mysterious object, but I think more balance is needed.
“Toward the end of the game I was fearful, but at this point tonight’s victory is all that matters. The Reggio Calabria crowd is admirable, they’re very sportsmanlike.â€Â
Marco Borriello continues to impress for AC Milan as he scored one of the goals against Reggina last night. Brazilian ace Alexandre Pato also grabbed a goal for AC Milan in the match.
