Zoltan Gera could still leave West Brom in the transfer window, according to his agent.

The 34-year-old is out of contract at the Hawthorns and is free to talk to other clubs – although he remains keen to stay a West Brom player.

Gera had opened talks with the club with a view to an extended deal, however his representative, Vladan Filipovic, says that no agreement has yet been reached.

And he admits that leaving the club is still an option.

“The priority would be West Bromwich, of course, as Zoltan Gera feels strongly about the club,” Filipovic told Nemzetisport. “But while there is no agreement on a way forward other teams might come into it.

“Negotiations are under way with the club, we are on track, but so far nothing concrete has come from them.

“There is interest from other English clubs so someone else is welcome to sit at the negotiating table with us, not just West Brom.”

Gera made 18 Premier League appearances for West Brom last term, scoring four goals.
