Juventus midfielder Sebastian Giovinco endurance to stick on to his club finally pays off. The 22 year old is overwhelmed with joy to have played eminently in the 5-1 victory over Sampdori.

“I play for one of the best teams in the world and I have the good fortune of doing it in my city, so why should I have left? I am aware of what I have in my locker,” Giovinco told Tuttosport.

After the new victory feel, Giovinco is hoping to rediscover his goal scoring touch and is completely aware of the repercussions that follows when you commit a couple of mistakes.

“You only need to make a couple of mistakes and you get hammered.

I remember what happened with Gianluigi Buffon. It seemed like he couldn’t save anything, but now we are all talking about the best goalkeeper in the world, there needs to be more balance,” says the player.

“I let the facts do the talking. The facts are in training with the work. Words count for nothing in football,” added the youngster.

The goal is what I am missing. I am not a striker, but goals give you security and they raise your self esteem,” Giovinco further added.
