Bari midfielder Stefano Guberti is keen on a move to Roma at the end of the season, according to his agent Claudio De Nicola.
The 24-year-old joined Bari from Ascoli in February but is expected to leave the club in the summer transfer market.
“We will know his future in June,†De Nicola said. “We have received offers on behalf of several Italian clubs.
“Nothing definitive has yet come to our attention, but I can say that Roma are at the top of Stefano’s list of preferences.
“Further to being one of the most important teams in Serie A, the thing that convinces Stefano the most is the technical project that the Roma directors have presented to him and the fact Luciano Spalletti is a Coach under whom he could only improve.
“Added to that I would like to say Roma, in difference to the other teams interested in Stefano, have followed him for a long time and not only now that he is showing his potential at Bari,†De Nicola revealed.
