Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp is expected to be found not guilty of corruption.
Redknapp was arrested in October 2007 by the City of London Police and taken to the Chichester Police Station where he was interviewed and questioned before being released.
The police had become suspicious of certain off-shore accounts that could have incriminated the manager in corruption charges.
However there has been no evidence to suggest that any the charges were in fact true and he is expected to be cleared of any corruption charges.
An announcement is expected from the Crown Prosecution Service within a day or two.
