Hazard keen on Real switch

The Metro understands that Eden Hazard is keen on securing a move to Real Madrid.

The Belgium international was named PFA Player of the Year in Chelsea’s title winning 2014/15 campaign but has failed to show anything his near his best form this season.

He only scored his first goal of the campaign from the penalty spot in the 5-1 win over Championship side MK Dons in the fourth round of the FA Cup last month, before notching his second against Manchester City in the fifth round on Sunday.

Since arriving at Stamford Bridge, Hazard has racked up one hundred and ninety-six appearances in all competitions, scoring fifty-one goals while he has been capped sixty-two times for his country, netting for them on twelve occasions.

Having booked their place in the quarter finals of the FA Cup in some style at the weekend, Guus Hiddink’s side can be backed at 3/1 to win the competition.
