Hugo Campagnaro on Porto radar

FC Porto are the latest high-profile side to have joined the chase for Inter Milan defender Hugo Campagnaro, reports Sportmediaset.

The 34-year-old, who has another year left on his contract at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, does not appear to be in the first team plans of coach Walter Mazzarri and he is almost certain to leave the club this summer.

Parma, Genoa and Sampdoria are believed to be keen on his services, whilst FC Porto have recently emerged as favourites for the Argentine’s signature.

The Dragons have been very active in the summer transfer window, recruiting a number of high-profile footballers and they seem to be hot on the trail of the former Napoli star.

After spending four very successful seasons with the Azzurri, Hugo Campagnaro joined Inter Milan on a free transfer and went on to make 21 Serie A appearances in his first season before featuring in one match for Argentina at the 2014 World Cup.
