Hull and Blackpool agree Ince compensation

Hull City have reached a compensation agreement with Blackpool over Tom Ince, according to Sky Sports.

The 22 year old moved to the KC Stadium in the summer after his contract with the Seasiders expired though the Championship side are entitled for a fee due to the midfielder’s age.

Hull will be pay up to £2.3m for the England U21 international, whose contract is set to run until the end of next season.

The former Liverpool youth player started the first three league games of the season for the Tigers, but soon fell out of favour with manager Steve Bruce.

He moved to Nottingham Forest on loan in October, making six Championship appearances for Stuart Pearce’s side before being recalled by Hull shortly before Christmas.

The Humberside club currently sit in eighteenth place in the top flight, but are just a point from safety and can be backed at 4/7 to stay up.
