Hull City has been the busiest of three promoted teams. Tigers’ boss Phil Brown has already stated that he desires to bring in about ten new players - almost a new team.
He is well on his way to achieving such having already signed midfielders George Boateng, Peter Halmosi and Geovanni, forward Craig Fagan, defender Bernard Mendy and goalie Anthony Warner.
According to the BBC Sports, Brown has now completed the seventh signing in defender Anthony Gardner form Tottenham Hotspurs on a season-long loan.
The 27 year old, who has a single international cap for England, has been on the fringes of the Spurs team and a fresh chance to rejuvenate his career was welcomed.
