Sweden’s preparation for the European Championships was dealt with a minor blow when two of their biggest stars, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Kim Kallstrom, are set to miss the training camp and perhaps a friendly game in the build up to the Championships.
Both players are involved with domestic cup finals for their teams on May 24, and the training camp of Sweden stretches from May 22 to May 26. The camp will finish off with a friendly against Slovenia on Nya Ullevi, Gothenburg.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic Inter will face Roma in the finals of Coppa Italia, and Kim Kallstrom’s Lyon will face Paris Saint-Germain i Coupe de France.
