Mino Raiola, Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent, has made it clear the AC Milan star is not close to agreeing to terms with Paris Saint-Germain.
Recent reports suggested that the transfer was nearing completion, but the Swede’s representative has stressed that there is no agreement between the parties just yet.
“Ibrahimovic to Paris Saint-Germain? We are as close (to reaching an agreement) as China is to the United States of America,” Raiola told Sportmediaset.
“It’s not a done deal. You guys in Italy are making up a lot of things. An agreement is very far away. PSG have to realise that they’re signing the best with Zlatan.
“I’m meeting with Leonardo today. We’ll see what happens.”
The 30-year-old striker has set his sights on an annual wage packet of 14 million euros per season, which represents an increase of two million euros a year on his current salary at Milan.
