Competition: Argentina Primera Division
Market: Independiente to win against Lanus
Odds: 8/15 @ Bet 365

Independiente welcome Lanus to the Estadio Libertadores de América in the Argentina Primera Division on Wednesday morning, and are big favourites to pick up all three points. Independiente have been hard to beat for months while Lanus have struggled for consistency on the road.

Ariel Holan’s Independiente side are currently sixth in the Argentina Primera Division with 52 points from 29 games, coming off the back of two wins and a draw from their last three outings. At home, Independiente have picked up seven points from nine, and could finish the day third if results go their way.

As for the visitors, Jorge Almirón’s Lanus side find themselves three places and three points worse off than Independiente in the division, having won four of their last five. However, their away form hasn’t been as convincing. Lanus have lost three and drawn one of their previous half a dozen games, and may well struggle to contain Independiente at the Estadio Libertadores de América.

Victory could see the hosts climb three places in the table while Lanus at best will finish the day level on points with the favourites if they win. Bet 365 are giving odds of 8/15 for Independiente to win against Lanus.
