Inter and Manchester United are weighing up move for Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez, according to Cadena Ser.
The 23-year-old is considered one of the best holding midfielders in Europe and could soon leave Bilbao for a bigger club.
Napoli, Real Madrid and Liverpool have already shown interest in the Spain international, but Athletic have yet to receive a formal offer for the player’s services.
According to Cadena Ser, Inter Milan and Manchester United are tracking the player’s progress and could step up their interest once the transfer window reopens in January.
It is highly unlikely that Athletic would be willing to let their star player leave San Mames, although it is believed that the offer in the region of €20 million could do the trick.
