Inter in talks for Rudiger

Tuttosport is reporting that Serie A side Inter Milan are negotiating a deal with Stuttgart for Germany international defender Antonio Rudiger.

The Nerazzurri are desperate to patch up their leaky defence and have now made the talented footballer their number one target.

Inter Milan will attempt to lower the asking price, believed to be between €10m and €12m, but it is clear they will not be signing the Germany starlet on the cheap.

Rudiger has emerged as one of country’s hottest prospects, but he is widely expected to leave Stuttgart for greener pastures in the summer.

Inter are also weighing up a move on Monaco centre-back Aymen Abdennour, who is valued at €15 million.

The Tunisian footballer has been in excellent form this season and the Nerazzurri could try and pair him with Rudiger at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. At the same time, they are also looking at Chievo full-back Ervin Zukanovic.
