AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf believes Inter are favorites to win the Scudetto this season.

The Rossoneri had a poor start to their season but it now looks like they are back on tract in the race for the Scudetto.

“They are the team to beat,” he told Tuttosport. “They are the reigning champions and have the most complete squad: they have so many quality players in all the roles, it’s incredible.

“I’m not saying we are inferior to them, but the Nerazzurri have six or seven options in every position. Moreover, I think it also comes down to continuity: our last season was dismal and we need to get back on the map with humility, through facts, not words.”

He added on Juventus: “Juve remain an important rival, we were also in a crisis and now it’s their turn, but I’m sure they will come out of it, as always. They were demoted to Serie B, but never lost their identity and are already back in the Champions League.”
