Talk Sport are today reporting that Inter Milan could make a move for two midfielders that are currently playing in the English Premier League.
Nigel De Jong of Manchester City and Giovanni Dos Santos of Tottenham are both being linked with a move to the San Siro.
De Jong’s future has been in doubt during most of the summer transfer window and after the Citizens secured the services of Jack Rodwell recently, he may now be free to leave.
As for Dos Santos, his Spurs career has failed to really ever get going and he is apparently desperate to leave White Hart Lane.
Marco Brano, the Serie A side’s sporting director has been in England this week and is set to holds both clubs over the next few days in an attempt to negotiate terms for these two midfielders.
Inter seem to want to build a squad that can challenge for it Italian top flight title this campaign after a disappointing sixth place finish last time out.
They are having a bit of a revamp in the squad and are set to still want to bring more players into the squad.
With just two weeks until the window closes, now is the time for Inter to make their move.
