Juventus ace Giorgio Chiellini claims Serie A rivals Inter would struggle without Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Douglas Maicon.

Inter are at the top of the table, while Juventus have struggled in the Serie A this season.

“Inter are a great team, but without two phenomenon’s like Ibra and Maicon, they would really struggle,” Chiellini claimed.

“However, it isn’t fair to say that this Inter is the same as Roberto Mancini’s – the Beneamata of the end of last season were clearly inferior to this team.

“As for Juventus’ situation, we haven’t done as well as we expected, especially in the League.

“When you look at the table we aren’t where we should be – we have made some mistakes but we have also had lots of injuries.

“However, we can’t afford to be in the bottom half and we have to win in Serie A.

“This weekend is the derby and we will be tired, but the win over Real Madrid cancels out the fatigue.”
