Jeffrey Bruma on Wolfsburg radar

German media outlet Bild is reporting that Wolfsburg are hot on the trail of PSV Eindhoven defender Jeffrey Bruma.

The Wolves need to sign a replacement for experienced defender Naldo, who is joining league rivals Schalke on a free transfer.

And they appear to have found their man as Bild claims that PSV Eindhoven’s Jeffrey Bruma is on the verge of joining Wolfsburg.

The highly rated defender recently revealed that he had held talks with Inter Milan, but denying an agreement had been reached.

And with Wolfsburg prepared to offer around €15 million for his services, the Bundesliga side appear to have emerged as the favourites.

Bruma already has some Bundesliga experience, having spent two years at Hamburg on loan from Chelsea, making 40 league appearances.

He has since impressed playing for PSV Eindhoven and the Netherlands national team, and a big club move appears on the cards.
