Juventus assistant coach Angelo Alessio says the club are fully focused on beating Catania on Sunday and not on their unbeaten streak.
The Serie A champions stretched their run to 47 league games without defeat last week, and Alessio has made it clear their focus is on winning games, rather than worrying about breaking records.
“The unbeaten streak is not something we think about. We just look to take to the field and win every game,” Alessio said at a press conference.
“Of course every team will be aiming to beat us and end our run, but we go into every encounter with maximum determination.
“We’ll give the game against Catania our full attention. They’ve got excellent players and are lethal on the counter attack.
“We usually play at a high tempo in the second half, but tomorrow we’ll need to dictate the game from the beginning.”
