Juventus are interested in signing Getafe midfielder Esteban Granero, according to reports in Spanish and Italian media.
Reports say Juventus directors are keen to bring in the Spain Under-21 star in the January transfer window.
But Granero’s agent, Teofilo Lazaro, insists they have not received any offers from the Italian side.
“I have not received any offers from Juve so far and, all things considered, it would be a very difficult negotiation,†he said.
“In fact, Granero has a contract with Getafe, but Real Madrid have an option to buy him at the end of the current season, so they are the only side capable of bringing him in at the moment.â€Â
He added: “I reckon a January move is very unlikely, because three clubs would need to reach an agreement and there are also other Spanish and English sides interested in his services.â€Â
