Juventus keen on Alfred Duncan

Italian champions Juventus are hot on the trail of Sassuolo midfielder Alfred Duncan, according to Tuttosport.

The Bianconceri are currently wrapping up the deal for Corinthians midfielder Matheus Pereira, who will soon join the club on permanent basis.

Juventus officials plan to immediately farm out the talented footballer to Sassuolo, while another starlet could be moving in the opposite direction.

Namely, the Bianconeri have been closely monitoring the performances of Ghanaian midfielder Alfred Duncan, and they believe the time is right to try and bring him to Turin.

The 23-year-old had come through the youth ranks at Inter Milan, but only managed three league appearances for the Nerazzurri before he was sold to Sampdoria in the summer of 2014.

Following a successful loan spell at Livorno, Duncan showed a great deal of promise at Stadio Marassi, before impressing in his debut season at Sassuolo, making 33 league appearances and scoring one goal.
