French media outlet La Provence is reporting that Juventus are considering a shock move for Atletico Madrid full-back Javier Manquillo.
The 21-year-old joined Marseille on loan in the summer following an unsuccessful spell with Liverpool, and he quickly established himself as a first team regular.
However, the club officials have not been impressed with his performances this season and given that his buy-out clause is quite high, OM will eventually allow Manquillo to leave.
And with Atletico Madrid not too keen on taking him back, the 21-year-old could again be moving clubs next summer, and the latest reports suggest that Italian champions Juventus are keen.
The Bianconeri have been keeping close tabs on the Spaniard for quite a while and could decide to lure him to Turin at the end of the season.
Juventus host injury-hit Bayern Munich in tonight’s Champions League encounter, and they are 13/5 to emerge victorious.
