Il Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Juventus are considering a move for Cagliari midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
The Bianconeri clearly boast the strongest midfield area in Italian Serie A, but they are not so well equipped when it comes to back-ups.
It is for that reason that they are looking to materialize their interest in long-term target Radja Nainggolan.
Juventus officials see the Belgian as a perfect replacement for Andrea Pirlo, who is nearing the closing stage of his career.
And while the Bianconeri are unlikely to match Cagliari’s high asking price, they plan to lower the amount by including some of their own players in the deal.
Luca Marrone, Paolo De Ceglie and Stefano Beltrame are all tipped to go in the opposite direction.
Radja Nainggolan has been performing at a very high level over the last few years, and he has been linked with just about any top club from Italy.
