Italian champions Juventus are set to rekindle their interest in Bayern Munich midfielder Mario Gotze, according to Tuttosport.
The Bianconeri have failed to recruit an attacking midfielder last summer, but they will try and make things right ahead of the new season.
Tuttosport has now suggested that Bayern starlet Mario Gotze has emerged as their top target as his long-term future at Allianz Arena is in doubt.
Juventus officials have already held talks with the player’s representatives and they are ready to make their interest concrete if the Germany international is made available for sale.
The 23-year-old is growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of first team opportunities at Allianz Arena, having made mere seven appearances in German Bundesliga this term.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich are planning an assault on the Champions League title and they can be backed at 11/4 to go all the way in the Europe’s elite competition.
