Juventus step up chase for Biabiany

Juventus are expected to finally complete the signing of Parma winger Jonathan Biabiany, according to Tuttosport.

The Bianconeri have been keeping close tabs on the Frenchman for a while, but they have now decided to make their interest concrete.

Antonio Conte was impressed by the player’s performance against his potential employers at the weekend and has instructed general manager Beppe Marotta to try and close the deal as soon as possible.

Parma chiefs hinted last month that they were ready to negotiate a deal with Juventus, and it appears the agreement will be reached soon.

The Bianconeri aim to loan the player until the end of the season with an option to buy, which would allow them to purchase the remaining half of the player’s contract from Sampdoria.

Jonathan Biabiany, 25, has made 10 Serie A appearances this term, but only managed one goal and one assist in the process.
