Chelsea’s mega bid for Brazilian playmaker Kaka’ has apparently done nothing more than to unsettle the player. While AC Milan officials stand firm on their decision that their superstar will not leave this summer, the player himself has stated that he is not sure of his future.
“When I return to Italy I will know what’s going to happen, but at the moment nothing is certain,” Said Kaka’, according to a report on Setanta Sports.
“There are two teams who are very interested in signing me, but now I do not want to talk about it.
“Until we return to Milan and know how things are, we cannot decide what happens with my future.”
Kaka’s statement - which resembles those made by Cristiano Ronaldo all summer long - is sure to excite Chelsea and the other interested club - which is believed to be Real Madrid, according to the report - and encourage them to do everything possible to agree a deal with AC Milan.
The Italian club has failed to qualify for next year’s Champions League and is rumoured to be heavily indebted. According to the English press, the club might need to sell Kaka’ in order to balance its books.
