Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon insists the club will not settle for second best next season. The Blues ended the campaign without a trophy for the first time in four years following Wednesday night´s Champions League final defeat in Moscow.
Kenyon told The Times: “It´s been an interesting season, but you don´t like finishing second and as runners-up. Given the standards we´ve set at the club, that´s not something we´ve settled for.”
