Palermo defender Simon Kjaer insists he will ‘definitely’ not leave the club this summer.

The 20-year-old has been a hit at the Sicily based side in his first season at the club and insists he is happy to continue at the club.

Kjaer has been linked with Inter, Juventus, AC Milan and Liverpool in recent months.

“I will definitely stay at Palermo, I have a contract with the Rosanero and I will respect it,” said the Danish youngster.

“I would once again like to thank the Palermo fans who have supported me and continually spurred me on this year.”
