Kroos keen on United switch

Manchester United target Toni Kroos has told Bayern Munich that he wants to move to Old Trafford this summer, according to the Mirror.

Real Madrid have also been linked with a move for the Germany international, though Premier League champions United appear to be leading the race to secure his services.

Kroos has started twenty-two times in the Bundesliga so far this season, and just twice in the Champions League though he is in line to face United in the second leg of their quarter final tie at the Allianz Arena on Wednesday evening, and is priced at 7/4 to score at any time.

Pep Guardiola’s men, who lost in the Bundesliga for the first time this season at the weekend having already been confirmed as champions, are favourites to qualify for the semi-finals of Europe’s top competition, and indeed to retain the trophy they won at Wembley last May.
