LA Galaxy in mega money offer for Ibrahimovic

BBC Sport understands that LA Galaxy are readying summer bid for Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

In spite of the very successful season on personal level, the Swede could be leaving Old Trafford on a free transfer at the end of the campaign and there is a chance he will be moving to the United States.

According to BBC Sport, LA Galaxy plan to make the 35-year-old the league’s highest paid player ever next summer.

Major League Soccer chiefs expect Zlatan Ibrahimovic to follow in David Beckham’s footsteps and seriously raise the league’s profile, but it remains to be seen whether Galaxy will be able to persuade the Swede to join.

The veteran striker has done well since joining Manchester United on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain, bagging a total of 26 goals in 39 competitive appearances for the Old Trafford outfit, but he has yet to be offered a new deal.
