Lavezzi is better than Ribery – Sosa

(GSM) – Napoli midfielder José Ernesto Sosa believes his teammate Ezequiel Lavezzi is better than Bayern München winger Franck Ribéry.

Sosa, who played alongside Ribéry at Bayern before he moved to Napoli, has hailed Lavezzi and is looking forward to enjoying a successful debut season at the San Paolo.

“Who is stronger between Lavezzi and Ribery? That’s an easy answer. Lavezzi is better. No doubt about that,” he told the press.

“I have spoken with Lavezzi, we have been friends since we were little.

“He explained to me what Napoli is all about, the fans and expectations. I have been learning a lot and I am ready to play.”

Napoli host Bari on Sunday night in the Serie A.
