La Gazzetta dello Sport today suggests that Lazio president Claudio Lotito and Milan general manager Adriano Galliani have been discussing the possibility of a loan deal for 36-year-old custodian Zeljko Kalac.

Lazio are allegedly unconvinced over the qualities of Juan Pablo Carrizo; second-choice Fernando Muslera deputised in the midweek clash with Sampdoria, but he once again showed he is still too inexperienced to be entrusted with such an important role. So Lotito is thinking about clinching the Australian international, who would relish the opportunity of a fresh start in the Italian capital.
