Competition: La Liga

Market: Levante to beat Las Palmas

Odds: 1/4 @ Bet365

La Liga continues on Sunday with a number of very important games to come. Saturday’s matches saw Barcelona’s lead over Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid extended, while gaps have started to appear at the bottom of the table too, with every point vital to the objectives of each side in the league, whether at the top or the bottom. With this in mind, Levante travel to play Las Palmas in a bottom-half of the table clash.

Las Palmas have been struggling massively this season, and following Malaga’s 3-2 win over Deportivo La Coruna, they find themselves at the bottom of the table. Two wins and nine defeats has been an abysmal return, while they have only scored eight times along with conceding 28 goals this season. It is clear their problems span the entire pitch, and something needs to change soon, as they may find themselves cut adrift at the bottom if their form, which has seen them lose their last five in a row, does not change.

For Levante, things have been slightly better. Two wins, six draws and three defeats means that they have accumulated 12 points this season, putting them five points above Malaga in 18th. However, in their last five games they have lost two matches and drawn three times, which has seen any momentum they had stunted massively. Although neither team is in good form, we are backing Levante with odds of 1/4 from Bet365.
