Liverpool travel to Dean Court to face Bournemouth in the Premier League this afternoon, and are favourites to come out on top to end the weekend second in the table and within a point of leaders Chelsea.
The Reds have been in fine form this season, and will fancy their chances against a Cherries side that have suffered a number of defeats in recent weeks.
Hosts Bournemouth are currently 12th in the Premier League table with 15 points from 13 games, having lost three of their last four games ahead of today’s meeting. Eddie Howe’s side have picked up just one point from their last two home games too so Liverpool will be hoping to capitalise on their recent vulnerability at Dean Court.
As for the title-chasing visitors, Liverpool find themselves third in the Premier League table with 30 points from a possible 39, coming off the back of four wins from five. Jurgen Klopp’s men are four points adrift of leaders Chelsea and one point behind runners-up Arsenal, and will therefore go second this weekend with a win.
