Liverpool keen on Dortmund starlet

Liverpool Echo understands that Liverpool are weighing up January bid for Borussia Dortmund youngster Christian Pulisic.

The Reds will stay without Sadio Mane in January as he is set to represent Senegal at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, and with Danny Ings suffering a new injury, Jurgen Klopp will be forced to add a new attacker in the winter transfer window.

According to Liverpool Echo, the German manager has set his sights on Borussia Dortmund starlet Christian Pulisic.

Klopp is reportedly a big fan of the USA international and he will attempt to bring him to Anfield at the earliest opportunity.

Reports from England suggest a €27 million offer is being mooted, but the problem is that the Millionaires are not interested in selling their prized asset.

Pulisic, 18, has already nailed down a regular starting berth at Signal-Iduna Park, scoring 2 goals in 8 Bundesliga appearances this season.
