German media outlet Bild is reporting that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp hopes to be reunited with Borussia Dortmund winger Jakub Blaszczykowski.
The pair enjoyed an excellent working relationship at Signal-Iduna Park, and with the Polish midfielder no longer an indispensable member of the squad in Dortmund, the Reds boss will attempt to lure him to Anfield.
Blaszczykowski had struggled for form last term, but then shone at the Euro 2016 finals, and Jurgen Klopp believes he would be an excellent addition to the Liverpool squad.
Borussia Dortmund appear ready to cash in on the experienced footballer this summer and they will reportedly consider offers in the region of €6 million.
Blaszczykowski has been with the Millionaires since 2007, and he managed 32 goals and 52 assists in 253 competitive appearances.
The 30-year-old has another two years left on his current deal, but everything suggests he will be leaving this summer.
