Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez is ready to make a £15million bid for Welsh defender Gareth Bale when the transfer window opens in January, according to the Sun.
Benitez is keen to sign the Tottenham defender as a replacement for Brazilian Fabiano Aurelio.
Benitez will test Spurs’ resolve to keep their Wales international defender with a massive £15million bid in January.
Manchester City boss Mark Hughes could also be interested in signing Bale, who he has said have the best left foot in football, in January.
Tottenham looks desperate to keep Bale after losing star players Dimitar Berbatov, Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe in recent months.

If you’re going to rip off rumour stories from red tops, at least get your facts right. His name is Fabio Aurelio and he’s Brazilian, not Spanish. It beggars belief that you can write for a website and get such simple facts wrong.
